Owner and drafter of legislation for Federal Government and States that the category of “American” be in an equal or better position for any questionnaire asking a person’s heritage, cultural background, creed or race? It is an individual’s choice and is a unifying concept.

The Hartford Club

Submitted Amicus Curiae Brief in Support of Town of Greenwich in Leydon v. Town of Greenwich in 1999 in support of community versus a citizen seeking free access to town beach as explained in part by Alexis de Tocqueville in Democracy in America. Received sanction from trial judge for petitioning the Court for redress of grievances. Judge refused to identify which practice rules he believed had been violated prior to hearing or at hearing until judgment rendered. Appealed sanction to Connecticut Supreme Court for, amongst other claims, deprivation of due process rights for judge’s refusal to identify rule(s) alleged to have been violated prior to hearing. Supreme Court buried due process claim and upheld fellow member of the Hartford Club. New York Bar disciplinary panel yawned when they heard grounds for sanction.
